Although as a footnote, we at Scott & McGuiness strive at all times to conduct ourselves in a professional and courteous manner which encourages dialogue at all times, and whilst the staff have been selling houses since last century; we adopt the use of 21st century methods of communication (however we still find talking to people the most successful).

Over the last 12 months or so the word 'market' is perhaps being highlighted more than ever before as prices fall and time scales rise, therefore tensions and anxieties are understandably high and this is where our ethos of relaying information back to the owner's regularly and without flannel seems to be much appreciated. These human qualities matched with imagination and drive allow our clients peace of mind knowing that an experienced and determined sales person is always at hand to promote the property to the 'right person'.

Pricing, presentation and promotions are all key factors in successful sales and marketing, this certainly applies to our chosen field i.e. Housing, whilst 'luck' is perhaps often mentioned, as a famous golfer once said 'the more I practice, the luckier I get!!'.
